1. Provider identity

FUR Control de Plagas, operating in Querétaro and the surrounding metropolitan area, health license 14-11A279 · MAS. Contact: fur.controldeplagasmx@gmail.com.

2. Quotes and contracting

Quotes are issued after an inspection or based on the information you provide. They are valid for 30 calendar days and may be adjusted if the actual conditions of the property differ from what was reported (for example, a larger area or a different level of infestation than described).

The initial diagnostic inspection is free of charge and creates no obligation to contract.

3. Service guarantee

Our services carry a 30 calendar day guarantee from the date of application. If the treated pest reappears within that period, we re-treat at no cost.

The guarantee does not apply when:

• The post-service instructions given by the technician were not followed.
• Uncorrected structural or sanitary conditions favour reinfestation (leaks, accumulated waste, open entry points).
• The reinfestation originates from an untreated adjoining property.
• Applications were carried out by third parties after our service.

4. Client obligations

For the service to be safe and effective, the client agrees to:

• Provide access to the property on the agreed date and time.
• Report the presence of people with particular health conditions, minors, older adults or pets.
• Carry out the preparations indicated (removing food, covering surfaces, vacating for the stated period).
• Respect the re-entry and ventilation times specified by the technician.

5. Products and safety

We use products with current COFEPRIS health registration, applied by trained personnel. On the client’s request we provide the technical data sheet and safety sheet for every product used, along with the corresponding health certificate.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. If the technician arrives at the property and the service cannot be performed for reasons attributable to the client, a visit charge may apply.

7. Promotions

Promotions published on this site are subject to the validity period, coverage area and specific conditions stated for each one. They cannot be combined with one another unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

The contents of this site — text, images, logos and graphic materials — are the property of FUR Control de Plagas and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.

9. Use of the website

The information published is for informational purposes and does not replace a technical inspection. We aim to keep it up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or omissions.

10. Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law and language

These terms are governed by Mexican law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Querétaro, Querétaro, without prejudice to the rights granted to the client by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
